What are your delivery services & charges?
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your basket. Please note we do not deliver outside the UK.
Delivery is by first class post. We will despatch first class on the next day after you placed on your order, provided the product is in stock. If, because of unexpected high demand or even supplier delays, the product is out of stock we will email you immediately with the latest delivery promise. If this is too long you can, of course, cancel the order and, hopefully, accept our sincere apologies for letting you down.
If you have special delivery instructions, then please let us know and we will use our utmost efforts to ensure these are followed.
We try to ensure that the packaging will survive the worst conditions. Accidents do happen, however. If you receive the product damaged, send it back to us with your instructions to replace the goods or not. Otherwise we will assume that you want a replacement and replace the broken goods immediately.

Large package first class £4.00 - delivered in 2-3 days
Parcelforce £5.50 - delivered in 3-5 days
Extra large £7.50 - delivered in 10 days
