These are which are made from all natural components to benefit AIDs patients. Or buy a set of colour "themes" to give variety to your dress! Send as a present, gift-wrapped with a message on a gift card at no extra cost, direct to your friend or relative. Only one delivery charge of £2.50, no matter how many items you buy. Choose from six items of jewellery each made from waxed cotton string and wood, all natural components.
A twisted necklace, 60 cm (23.5 inches) long with five decorative beads and clasp closure.
A matching twisted bracelet 20 cm (8 inches) long with a decorative bead and button closure.
A flat reversible choker 30 cm (11.5 inches) long with an additional 10 cm (4 inches) chain to allow better fitting.
A flat reversible bracelet 18 cm (7 inches) long with a button closure.
A longer bracelet 23 cm (9 inches) in length with button closure for the ankle, upper arm or just a looser fit.

Organised by Hilary Abraham, the Wotknot community of South African AIDs patients have turned their attentions to making a very attractive range of modern jewellery to give themselves a living and purpose in life. "Wotknot" is a small community, in association with the Wentworth AIDS Action Group (WAAG). Wotknot provides employment for the patients to enable them to become financially independent. In addition it gives a percentage of its profits directly to the WAAG to enable the group to set up further skills based projects. The long term aim is that the community should become a buzzing hive of activity with many individuals producing a wide range of products.
It is evident that individuals involved in the Wotknot project have greater self-esteem and better health than they had before theit involvement "and it is the support of all our customers who make this happen". We are happy to support this scheme and hope that you will be keen to help too.
